Dishscape

This was started in London during grad school, and finished while living in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  Dishscape reveals the commonplace routine of the day’s washed dishes being set out to dry as a scene that continually recycles itself, much as if we were to watch the image of a forest landscape over a long period of time as it undergoes continuous growth and decay. Consumption is the process that links these two scapes, where humankind has a constant hand.
